SOURCE: System Service Exception Error (Blue Screen) - Acer AX1200

Hi!
If you can select safe mode when it restarts press F8 function. Select Safe mode. Open the start menu and go to the add remove programs and uninstall any newly installed programs like your anti virus. There was a conflict of your new anti virus and the system. You might have been ask to restart the pC after uninstallation of mc Afee. I f you just installed right away the CA anti virus it resulted to conflict of anti virus controller. So it resulted to Memory dump or blue screen error. To resolve this try to go to the BIOS SETUP and load restore defaults in the system configuration. then reboot.

If still it doesnt work, try to insert your CD installer of your software then try to boot with cd by entering the BIOS set up to boot with CD in the first priority order. When the software is already loaded try to select repair option. do not press enter coz it will reinstall the whole system. Just press "r": to repair.

If it doesnt work reply to me to give you more direction...

SOURCE: Uninstall for antivirusxp2008 will NOT work. How do I uninstall

You are right, it IS worse than Norton.
The reason you can't remove it is because you have been infected with a bit of malware posing as an antivirus program.

There are a number of spyware/malware tools that can help with this, but the one that I've had the most luck with regarding this specific infector is Malwarebytes: Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Download Link.

If you unfamiliar with how to use Malwarebytes, or tools like it, follow the instructions here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/malware-removal/remove-antivirus-xp-2008

Good luck!

keylogger is a type of computer virus that monitors and records the keystrokes on your computer, then relays that information back to a third party. It can reveal your personal information and be especially dangerous if you purchase products online, use online banking or do other similarly sensitive tasks. The key to stopping a keylogger is catching it before it has a chance to log any sensitive information on your computer. Use a well thought out strategy and some basic software tools.

Open your Task Manager by right-clicking on the taskbar and selecting the Task Manager option. Look through the list of computer processes on the Processes tab. If there are suspicious processes that you don't recognize, select them and click the End Process button. Your goal here is to do your best to stop the keylogger so that it can't collect any personal information from your computer. If you can't decipher which process it is in the task manager, you can start an on-screen keyboard so that you can type in commands for your computer without having your keystrokes recorded by the keylogger. Launch the on-screen keyboard on Windows XP by clicking on the Start button, going to "All Programs," then to "Accessories," "Accessibility" and then on the "On-Screen Keyboard" option. In Windows Vista or Windows 7, click the Start button and search for "Ease of Access Center." Open this program and choose the option to launch the on-screen keyboard. Use this keyboard to type in all commands throughout the rest of this process. Use an anti-virus program to thoroughly scan your computer. If you do not have an anti-virus program, use a free online virus scanner from a company like Trend Micro, which offers a free online virus scanner (you can also use an online scanner from another anti-virus company if you wish). When you scan your computer, be sure you perform a full system scan and that you remove any infections you find. Use an anti-malware program to scan your computer. Download a free anti-malware program such as Spybot - Search & Destroy or Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. http://corbitek-antimalware.soft32.com/free-download Free reliable antimalware solution with realtime protection and automatic update http://spybot-search-destroy.soft32.com/ Freeware detect and remove a multitude of adware files and modules. http://malwarebytes-anti-malware.soft32.com/ Free and easy-to-use, simple, and effective anti-malware application. Install one of these programs and run a complete system scan on your machine, much like you did with the anti-virus scanner. Remove any infections you find. Restart your computer and scan it again with an anti-virus and anti-malware scanner. If infections that were previously found and removed are no longer present, you can safely assume you have stopped the keylogger that was on your computer.

HELP: anybody who can help me?? I got some virus in my PC,and it often control my computer, so that i can not do what i want to do. and i am afraid my personal messages would be stolen. I have tried...

There is a possibility that you have a KEYLOGGER installed in your computer. This means that if you change passwords, the keylogger will record it, and relearn the password. keylogger messages have to be transmitted by the web. I suggest that you change the passwords of all the IM / messengers, and mail services from FROM ANOTHER COMPUTER, with a different IP, then go back to your computer and disconnect the DSL cable, so puter cannot communicate and run your spyware software again.
Also look in task manager for unfamiliar programs running in background.
