To set time and date on toshiba - Toshiba DKT2010SD Phone

1. Leave the handset on-hook.
2. Press INT (intercom button, not a line key) and press 651.
3. Dial in the date in the format YYMMDD.
4. Press # (or RDL) to save the settings.

The Manual option should allow you to set time manually.

Set the time according to page 29 of the manual [http://cdn.cnetcontent.com/22/a9/22a96e05-1220-4ce1-94db-40c9e9085b8c.pdf] It does not appear that a date setting is available for this unit, but if connected to the Internet it will use the network date for program dates and times.

Setting the Date and Time in the BIOS should be on the first tab, when you access the BIOS from boot screen.

Otherwise, use Windows to set the date and time, by clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of the screen.

When the Date and Time is set in the BIOS setup or in Windows and when you boot up next time and the date and time are incorrect then the problem is a flat BIOS battery. A flat BIOS battery cannot keep the Data and Time stored in the BIOS. Replace the BIOS battery and set the Date and Time etc and the problem will be fixed.

Please try this..

1. From main console phone (lowest extension number i.e. x100) pick up handset and dial following codes:
   
2. For Date: 651 YYMMDD Redial ----(YY=year, MM=month, DD=day)
   
3. For Time: 652 HHMMSS Redial ----(HH=hours in 24hr clock, MM=minutes, SS=seconds)
   
4. For Day of Week: 653 X Redial ----(X=day of week 1=sunday, 2=monday....etc.)
   

If won't work, try this

From Extension port 00 (usualy station 200)

1. Lift Handset Dial #652
2. Enter Correct Time HH MM SS
3. Press Redial
4. Replace Handset

if system DK series must set at port "00"

#653 to change the day

Double click on the time in the right hand bottom side corner. Then click on Change Date and time settings. then "Change Date and Time".There you would be able to set the date and time
