you will have to burn it to a disk as an ISO then you will have to boot from the disc During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS the scroll down to advanced bios features press enter change your first boot device to cd press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart (note after you have removed your password you will have change first boot back to your hard drive)

there are two ways you could try first remove the bios battery, yes this would mean undoing the case. if that does not work then search for Hiren's BootCD. there are plenty of options for bios password removal and a lot of other testing tools on there as well.
