I have Acer Extensa 5210 laptop,the problem is some keys have locked up e.i j,k,l,m,u,i,0,p& 0 when i press j Instead i get one how can i inlock thesekeys

The link above is an excellent article on the different ways to reset a BIOS password. The easiest way of course is just removing the battery but as it mentions, doesn't always work. Depending on your comfort level with getting into the innards of your PC, the jumper settings are next, followed by password reset software.

you will have to burn it to
a disk as an ISO then you will have to
boot from the disc
During the boot process you will see on the
screen to press a certain key to enter setup Press and hold that key during the
boot up process to enter BIOS the scroll down to advanced bios features press
enter change your first boot device to cd press escape then press f10 to save
to cmos to restart (note after you have removed your password you will have
change first boot back to your hard drive)
