Liftmaster 3265M Garage Door Opener opens on its own
My Liftmaster 3265M Garage Door Opener opens on its own. At first this happened maybe once every few months, Then it was more frequently. Now it is a daily occurrence to the point that I have unplugged it.
I tried using the "Lock Button," and got the green light flashing. It still opened later on its own.
I unplugged the opener overnight. Then plugged it back in this morning. So far, so good.I unplugged the opener overnight. Then plugged it back in this morning. So far, so good.

I would just have someone come and check it out to see if it is the light or the electrical. Hopefully it is only a matter of cleaning it off and and replacing a piece or two. Good luck with the repairs and hopefully it is nothing to serious.
Yes, replace the remote battery. It is losing power, thus working at short range only. Loss of range is the key indicator for a remote battery going out.
Glad to hear it cleared up for you. Remember that random flashing is normal. It sounds like something in your garage or nearby was interfering with the radio signal. If you have added anything electrical you might want to keep an eye on it. Even things as weird as a fish tank heater can cause problems.
try adjusted the sensor controls on the sode of the unit other wise replace the logic board http://www.chamberlain-garage-door-openers.com/circuitboardcompatibilitychart.htm
