The motherboard chipset is an Intel 845PE.
Intel part number - Intel 82845PE - on Northbridge chip;
Intel part number - Intel 82801DB on the Southbridge chip,

The Northbridge chip is under the tall aluminum finned Heatsink, that sits between the processor socket, and the bottom of the motherboard.
