Try a light penetrating oil on the threads, and allow time for it to work. Sometimes working the nut in both directions, back and forth, a little at a time fill allow the penetrant to lubricate the threads better, allowing it to be more easily removed.

Rotozip lock wont release

You may have to split the housing for this. I have seen where the pin can become bent or where the plastic housing becomes worn at the pin and allows it to move around too much. They usually also have a small spring with the pin which may have failed.

Is the Clarke CT4022 capable of cutting 3/4" oak. If so, is a special bit required.

Hello. Yes the spiral cut-out saw can handle 3/4" oak. Clarke also states that it is compatable with Rotozip bits. I would suggest one of the more aggressive profile sabrecut bits.

Thank you and don't forget to rate us.

Hi, W/D here.
