FINALLY figured out how to change the tax rate! Press AC. Press and hold the Rate Set (%) button UNTIL THE CURRENT TAX RATE IS DISPLAYED. Enter the new rate you want (such as 7.5). Press the Rate Set (%) button again.

I found the solution listed against a different CAsio Calculator. It was .. Press AC, then hold 'set' for a few seconds then press 'Tax+' , input new tax rate then press 'set'. Job Done
Found this on the casio site worked fine on my ms-120TE 1. Press [AC] 2. Hold [SET/%] key for about 2 seconds until set and a 0 is displayed 3. Press [TAX+] 4. Input the tax rate 5. Press [SET/%]
