Phone is on pulse when dailing a number

My phone is older model uniden 2.40GHz somehow the dail is now on pulse i want it on the digital tone not sure how to do it

Open the on screen menu of the phone there should be a selection for dialing rules.. the tone dialing rule should be in that selection..
