Actually I have a similar problem. Our CID is working when on a call. However, we also have the capability to store the last 20 calls. I have this feature turned on to log all calls, but don't know how to retrieve the CID info for those last 20 calls. Can you advise? I'm sure this will help once the original Post-er does get their issue resolved.
We have already gone through verification with the phone company (TDS) who installed the card for us. It is the one they recommended, so I am confident it is the right card. I do SEE all of the CID info when I use the options during a call. However, retrieving the info after the call is the problem. The last 20 numbers are stored for my phone, I just don't know how to access them.
