I have a vingcard 2100 lock set that needs to be reassembled, the diagram in the system manual is not enough to complete the reassembly. Is there anywhere I can get more diagrams or pictures?
I can help you out. Please contact me from the "contact us" page on my website www.ElectronicLockSmith.com. I need to get a little more info from you about the version and then I can provide with you some help. You can also call me Monday-Friday.
Thanks,

Service manuals for the Electrolux vacuums, including the accessories, are only available to the franchise owners and service techs.
Also, having said that, I don't recommend fixing the switch yourself. Replacing the switch involves disassembly of the canister, which is a bit complicated. Putting it back together correctly, without crimping wires. even more so.
I used to be an Electrolux service manager and have seen vacs brought in in pieces. Customers had succeeded in dismantling the machine, but were unable to reassemble it. Or had cracked or broken a piece. This makes the repair more expensive.
Or machines were brought it that had been reassembled incorrectly and wouldn't work. Or worse had shorted out due to crimped or incorrect wiring.
I strongly suggest taking the vacuum to a repair shop that is familiar with the older Electrolux vacuums, in this case the plastic models.
Yow will need to do some investigative disassembly and reassembly to spot the problem. Here is a link to the installation instructions for your lock (in five languages!) to assist your operation:

A note about PDF files: If you cannot view a given file, you need to first install Adobe Reader. You can get the free download here:

And here is the link to Kwikset's lifetime warranty against mechanical defects, wherein you will find the contact number to call them for further customer assistance and parts replacement:
Found user manual online but no parts breakdown, I have a phone number at 1-800-343-9329 and they might be to email you the breakdown. Wish I had better info but this is all they furnish online.
