My print server cannot be reset to the factory default for some reason. I have tried holding the reset button for 10 secs, but without luck.

I have some devices where I have to hold the reset for 20 seconds. So try holding it longer. And make sure the print server is powered up when you do it.

I want to use my HP 722c wireless

You need to get yourself a wireless print server to connect to your printer. This will allow your printer to connect to the wireless network and print over wifi.

Here's one I found on Amazon I think will do what you need:

Trying to install HP 2101nw wirelss print server but get message can't find the print server on the wirless network form this machine. I am trying to set this up stand alone , not via a router

The server maybe enabled but you need to navigate on the printer and select a wireless network you want to connect to (just like you would when you connect a computer to a wireless netowrk). Once the printer is connected to the wireless network. try it again

How do I add a printer to my wireless network?

You would have to install a wireless print server, like a Netgear WGPS606... It has USB ports that you would connect your printer to... You could actually replace your current wireless router with this one or chain one with the other!! Or your other option would be to buy something like a TRENDnet TEW-P1UG wireless USB2.0 print server, with this you can make use of the router you have now... But either way they basically cost the same! Hope this helps!!

Can I wirelessly network my HP Officejet J5780 printer?

What you are saying will not work . The J5780 only connects with a USB. It does not have a J45 connection. So to play with the "built in network server" would do nothing. You would have to have some way to convert the USB to a J45 so he could hook it to his Wireless Router. His only alternative is to hook it to another computer that is used as a Wireless Slave that is shared or to get a print server. Hower, Belkin does make a wireless USB Hub that converts 5 USB's to J45 and can be hooked to you Wireless Router. It also has a built in Print Server. You can take this device and instead of hooking it J45 to the Router you can hook it to a linksys Bridge and now the USB HUB from Belkin becomes completely wireless. And has a Print server to boot! The model number are Belkin "Network USB Hub" and the Linksys WET54G.
Since the Hub connects to the USB devices and then converts them to a J45, to link to a network you can hook it to the llinksys device and convert it to a wireless network usb hub. It also has a print server built in.
It works. I own the same printer all in one and if you search on the internet you can pick up both devices on the cheap.

Wireless connection between my hp pavilion a6119h pc and my hp officejet 5610

Best option is to buy a proprietary wireless print server device from your local PC world or similar electronics store. They are fairly easy to set up and usually come with full instructions. As long as its set up so your computer or network can see the device, you should have no problems printing from anywhere in the house then without having to run lots of wires.
