You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

No, Virgin Mobile phones cannot be unlocked. To use the phone with another service provider, the ROM would have to be flashed.

you can reset it but it will lose all your data that you have on the phone..

you can try this:

turn the phone on
then dial *2767*3855#

wait 3-10 seconds then the phone should reboot.
