Obviously your windows media player cannot support the format of the video. You may want to get a universal video player which can support almost all the common formats.

WIndows Media Player may not be able to play all file formals.
I recommend you to use the VLC player which supports virtually all the audio/video file formats.

What DVD video formats are supported by BBK? I need to copy video files from my PC to show on TV. PC shows these videos in Windows Media Player. The videos were taken by Cannon camera in "MOV" file format.

Supported Video formats:
VCD,SVCD,AVI
DIVX,JPG

As you see no support for mov files
You'll have to convert these mov files to avi...
Go to http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm and
download the Rad Videotools. This little program helps you convert
all your mov files to avi. Burn the avi files on a cd and you should be able to play them on your dvdplayer..
