You might not need any software if you just want to read it like a removable drive (which is what I do with all my phones/tablets). However, you will need a USB OTG (on the go) Adapter Cable. See/get one here:

Good luck.

I had a similar problem, did a hard reset, reloaded my applications, and the problem came back. I finally narrowed it down to "clock" related apps. I had several, so I deleted most, and the problem went away.

You can do a full system restore using this method: http://forums.crackberry.com/f52/stuck-start-up-mode-52095/. If you don't have it up and running after that you need to replace the MIC.There are blackberry repair tutorials, if you want to do it yourself

It looks battery completly drained and dead (as It took so much time), the best way first to check "Circuit" status in Battery through Voltmeter (poles)..or another way go to any cell phone shop and give a trial with another batterty to check status of your unit.
SOURCE: BB 7250 won't switch on
Something you can try. Open up Desktop Manager (with the BlackBerry unconnected) open up the Application
Loader. Before hitting next, pull the battery out of the 7750 for 5 to
10 seconds, then quickly put the battery back in, connect the
BlackBerry, and hit next on the application loader. This should
kickstart Application Loader to find the BlackBerry and allow you to
reload the handheld software. So, make sure you have the handheld software installed on your comptuer (which you already do)
