So, If you have internet connection speed problem with your wireless try with the following steps,
1.) Reset the wireless router by using the power switch on it or by unplugging it and plugging it back in.
2.)Place the wireless router in an ideal location. The higher it is, the better, but don't put it near metal objects.
3.)Get as close as possible to the router with whatever device you're trying to connect.
4.)Keep the router and your connecting device away from other electronics. You should especially keep away from phones, fax machines and microwaves. etc.,
5.)Adjust the Wifi antenna if it has one.
6.)Change the router's channel, especially if other wireless routers are nearby.
Following these steps would give you stable internet connection and also increased speed in connection. You can check your internet speed from www.ScanMySpeed.Com before and after following these steps.

SOURCE: Can't get ASUS RT-N13 WIFI

you need to enter the correct settings in the router. The username and password you were given originally by bt when you got the internet. You also need to choose PPOA (i think) if that doesn't work try PPOEinstead but i am sure its PPOA.

To enter the settings you should have a setup cd that came with the router run that and it will ask for the info i have stated

ASUS RT-AC68u wifi lights

When you log into the management interface? Are you able to go into the settings for the 'wireless?' Does it give you a status? What about firmware version? Sometimes updating the firmware can fix things. Let me know if you need additional help with that. You can view the support page for your router here:

How to download wifi driver for asus eee pc series

victoria_999 --

Press Fn + F2

"Fn" stands for "function", is located at the bottom-left portion of your keyboard.

If you notice, the color of the wifi icon is different than the letter keys... the color should match the Fn button

This will turn on/off your wireless adapter :)

Hope this helps!
