Maybe it's because your working offline. On 'file' or it may be found on 'tools' check both,search for work offline make sure it is NOT checked then try reloading the page. If that STILL doesn't work contact your vpn or ips.

First, update your java runtime environment software to the latest version for here:

If it's on a CD it's not downloading (which is a network thing,) it's just transfer.
Kodak's really making it hard...but if you've been running updates on your OS you should have the driver automagically. What OS are you using? You know about NewEgg, right? Especially if your local vendor won't sell you inexpensive replacement readers and CD drives?

What? No! It's the first one I mentioned. That's an old reader and driver, no wonder there's nothing about it now; the standards change a little as capacities go up, and you'll probably want a new reader handy.

You possibly have outdated drivers or you need to see if there are updates at the manufactures site.

Nope sounds like a conflict in drivers...lots of option..new computer...try a new drive...have it upgraded

As pc's go 5 years old is an old computer

What you do need is "ZoomBrowser EX5.8b Updater for Windows" Although it says it's an updater, you can use it even if you aren't updating anything. This includes CameraWindow, and all the software that would be on your CD.
