Will stay in load file after playing game online (Call of Duty) when going from past played game to new game just keeps showing down loading file and when we try rebooting game disc is gone and have to reload game (power down and back up). What I did is just flip the power switch on the back 3 or 4 times and it started working. There was some waiting involved but i came back to life and I can waste my life playing call of duty

I sent mine back, the warranty was over but Sony still gave me a brand new one free of charge. They did not say why so this must be a big problem for them.

It seems to me that, the error code you are getting is about missing or corupted files to a game. Try entering safe mode and performing a file recovery. Some have also got the error code from games where a feature is no longer available. Such as (Example not true) Call of Duty no longer supporting multi player online.
I've read that deleting the files for the game and/or signing out of PSN helps (I haven't tried either, but I can't get past the title screen and cutscenes without my PS3 freezing)

If you are on a router you may want to open the ports for online play.

P.s. If you are on a linksys router the Ip that you type in your browser is most likely
192.168.1.1
and for Dlink
192.168.0.1
If you dont use either of these router companies check the manual and it should tell you the Ip address, or go into CMD prompt on windows and type in
"Ipconfig"
Well here you to go the answer to your problem is.....................................1. Sign out of your playstation account.2. Load game (the game will load fine without being logged in.3. Stop at the start menu do not press start when it is blinking "Press Start to Continue"4. Tap the Ps home button and log on to your account.5. After logging on hit the ps button to return to the game and hit will play fine.

Well there are only two things that can be done. 1.) Check to make sure the disk is clean, as well as the PS3 vents. 2.) Get a cleaning disk to clean the lens.
If those to do not work you may want to try saving all of your game saves and anything you want to save and do a full system restore (format) IF nothing then, call Sony to have the lens replaced.
If you want you could do this your self. Many online manuals to how to take apart the PS3 and clean the lens.
