Krups xp7230, no water running through nozzles

I suggest that you use the commands to "close the machine" for transport and then re-start it as if it was new. I had to get rid of my EA8250 after only 2 years as mine stopping working as well. I tore it apart and saw a lot of wear for such as short time. My grinder also stopped. KRUPS says you cannot use Oily beans but only after you buy the machine.

The problem lies with one of the hoses taking water to and from the heating element - hoses either have a crack in it or one of the two connections is no longer water tight.

THANK YOU. You're answer was so helpful. I have the XP7230 and all of the sudden had exact same problem, machine wouldn't not register a full tank. After reading this I checked the floating piece and saw that it was not floating with a full tank like it is supposed to. Had to obstruct it to keep it afloat as well, and voila, it worked.

Ahh... what a relief to have my machine working again. Coffee has never tasted so good.

Code 05 for my KRUPS EA 8050?

Grinder is not working normally and probably inner plastic part which remove coffee from the grinder is broken.

Let it build some steam first .

You have the filter screwed it too far. As soon as you feel the filter seating do not screw it in any further.
