I HAVE A Panasonic SA-HE200 6.1 Channels Receiver. WHEN YOU PRESS THE POWER SWITCH IT DOES NOT COME ON. I HAVE REMOVED THE CASE AND REMOVED ALL 5 FUSES. BY VISIUAL INSPECTION THE FUSES LOOK GOOD. I DON'T HAVE A METER AT HOME SO I CAN;'T BE SURE THEY ARE GOOD. THE UNIT MAY HAVE BEEN SUBJECTED TO A POWER SURGE DURING A BRUSH WITH A HURRICANE HERE IN FORT LAUDERDALE A FEW MONTHS BACK. I HAVE NOT USED IT SINCE THEN. WHAT COULD IT BE? TOM

I had a similar problem. In order not to mess up the jacks from the speakers I bought some mini jack to stereo rca adapters. I cut off the rca jacks from the end and then is just a matter of figuring out witch ones are left and right channels. For the subwoofer it's best to figure out which one is the sub channel so you don't have to cut off the rca plug from that one.

SOURCE: POSSIBLE FAULT CODE
Yes, it is possible. The F61 error is a failure in the power supply or the amplifier. I repair these every day and it will require good soldering and troubleshooting skills to fix this yourself.
If you would like to try, let me know, and I will give you more information. But the best thing to do is take it to a service center and let a professional technician check it out for you.
