My computer keeps going to the blue screen showing the message 0x0000001e,oxffffffc05,0xfffff80003dcd7da,0x000000000000000001, 0x0000000000000018, bios update, disable bio memory such as caching or shadowing. I need for someone to help me solve these issues in a simple way. Thank you.

I keep getting this stop error after Windows loads?!

Seriously, contact Toshiba Tech Support. Give them the information you put up here. If you need to you can use a PC in the local library, or a friend's PC, to contact them. Or, just call them on the phone.

Have you tried going into Safe Mode?

Hello I have an acer aspire 5535 and it keeps

The complete solution to this fault (Acer 5535 keeps crashing under vista) is to use Windows XP instead of Vista. Set up a Dual Boot so you can CHOOSE to load XP or Vista each time you turn on the laptop. I've put XP on my 5535 and it's SO much faster and seems perfectly stable now - no crashing at all.

A full video showing how to do this is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdfU9TXIAd4

Once you've done this you won't have any problems with the laptop anymore.
This is a perfect solution to the crashing problem!

The labtop doesnt work i dont know why when it starts it's showing me the blue screen then keep restrating.

what is the error message when you get the blue screen... you may also try tapping the f8 key as it boots and in that menu boot to safe mode.... if that works fine try booting the computer again... if it does not boot again and tap f8 again.... the boot to last known good configuration.

that's a start.

Initializing keeps flashing on and off in a blue screen

Uninstall the existing Device Manager.
Download the latest Device Manager software for this device from www.p4c.philips.com and install this.

Repair the player using the updated software.

If the problem still persists, try the update once more.

If this still doesn't work, then the main PCB is faulty and will have to be replaced.

If the repair does work, the player briefly shows a message on screen when restarted, then shuts down again.

You then need to restart the player again and it shows Updating, and then goes to the main menu.

Monitor not working

These messages appear during if the video cable becomes disconnected or
damaged.(most likely you will need to replace it)
Turn off your monitor and reconnect the video cable; then turn on both your computer and the
monitor.
If your monitor screen remains blank after using the previous procedure, check your video
controller and computer system; your monitor is functioning properly
