On the bottom side of the portable DVD player.Look for a square plate with a four Philip srcews.Take out those four philips screws there will be a Litium battery inside that square hole.
Most of these players have a "charge" switch location on the three position power switch (Charge... Standby... On). If not, just set it to off. The unit normally flashes the green light when it is checking the batter condition, solid green when it is charging and the green led goes off when charged.
There should be a external port, plug in,plug the tranformer to the power source now, should have
indicator light will light up.Fully charge light will go out.Have to put it in the DVD player to charge that the extra battery only way.
Good day sir, my guess is that your adapter is the culprit, if you have access to another charger please use it, if you may have the time, try to visit your dealer, and they be wiling to test your adapter. Other causes may be the charger DC port, or the battery, but let us stick first to the common adapter problem, hope this helps.
If you put the battery in the player and then plug in the player it should charge the battery. Be sure to leave it until the light in the front of the player shows green.
