I also facing the same memory problem (even phone did not let me send SMS) and solved it many times without software update or reset factory setting.

First of all make sure that your phone memory is not occupied by messages, contacts, images, sound files etc. Check in Menu --> Tools--> File Manager --> Options (Memory details)

If you fine that the phone memory is occupied by any of these then remove or move file to get space. If very less space occupied by these applications and still shows memory almost used then do the following and it may work for you:

1. Clear logs.... Menu-->Applications-->Logs-->
2. Delete sent messages items
3. Clear delivery reports
4. Delete few messages from Inbox
5. Restart the phone

All the best.

Sounds like you loaded it up with stuff and didn't eliminate anything, first try that, if that doesn't work, you may be trying to load something that is way to large for the unit to handlefor the memory capcity.

Hi,

The error massege shows as unable to perform bluetooth operations when memory is full.
Try to delete some of the data applications and try to perform the bluetooth operation.
Even if you find the same problem to perform bluetooth the remove the battery when the mobile is switched on and remove the sim and reinsert after 2 mins.

Hope I helped you.

Memory low n70

You need to change default storage device on your phone, from phone memry to card memory. In other words, move all data (messages, songs, videos etc) from your phone memory to card memory.
for example, go to messages>options>other>momory in use - change it to memory card instead of phone. (if your memory card is not named, it will be displayed as NO NAME).
Do the same with other data also.
