Acme 6001 juicer. Excessive vibration and movement during use.

Tried using less product while juicing, waiting longer to make sure juice was emptied before adding more fruits or veggies. Did not help.

Usually the vibrations are caused by improper assembly ( it does not take much ) or the rate of feeding material into juicer. feed the juicer too fast and it gets out of balance.

Model 6001, when I used it to make orange juice, it shook so much the top lid became loose. Why?

Not designed to juice oranges, but if you must, feed it real slow. Your juicer went out of
balance that's why the extreme vibration.

Need instructions on how to use the Acme 6001 Juicerator.

Call Waring at 1800 492 7464, they may be able to help you out. There is not
a whole lot involved here. Place the juice bowl on the base first, then the basket,
blade, secure with the clutch nut and rotate the cover to lock it in place. Watch
out they vibrate, so juice hard produce evenly and slowly.

My juicer spins off of its axis i think, wobbles all over, spinning itself in circles spewing juice everywhere

Omega and Acme juicers will vibrate because pulp
is not ejected during juicing. Only suggestion I can
offer is avoid soft produce and feed as slowly and
as evenly as possible. Been using an Acme for 21
years and did notice a duller worn blade does produce
less vibration.

I am looking for parts for the Acme 6001 Juice

Just google Acme juicer parts. The new lids are a tight fit and
have to be filed down if you're handy.

My Acme supreme juicerator #6001 trips off several times before I can complete the process of juicing in order to get an 8oz. glass of juice. The motor spins smoothly, no vibration at all.

There is a reset button on the bottom of the
juicer. You will have to separate the base
by removing the 4 bottom screws and adjust
the sensitivity of the reset button turning the
small screw on it. Sorry, but forgot which
direction increases or decreases this. Had
to do it on my 21 year old Acme because of
the same problem.

Acme juicer vibrating so much.

I've had one for 21 years and when I replaced the blade the same thing happened.
The blade is not supposed to be held firmly in place so it can slip intentionally to
minimize vibration. If you bought the juicer new, think back, and I believe you will
remember the vibration problem. I seems with a worn blade they vibrate less. The
motor is very durable and uses roller bearings like on a skate board. I went back
to the old blade, which I sharpen with a drill using a small bit.

Juicer works fine until slight pulp build up in

Unfortunately, since these juicers do not eject the pulp, they will tend to go out
of balance. Juice nothing softer than apples and try to feed it as evenly and as
slowly as possible.

Excessive vibration and movement of Ā acme 6001 juicer during use. Tried different products, using less, not helpful.

test by running empty for several minutes,, should be smooth running. then feed the juicer slowly. I have not seen a problem with what I feed in, solid or pulpy material not leafy material.

Acme 6001 Juicer manual

Acme no longer makes the juicers, but Waring now makes them. Here is a link to their website. I could not find the manual on their site, but perhaps you could email them and ask them where you can get one. They do sell the filters and a replacment cutting blade for the Juicerator 6001
