Music form Pocket DJ to computer?

I have a dell pocket dj and with 4.5 GB of music that I would like to put on my computer (synchronize) how do I do that? My pocket dj no longer has a screen where you can see anything, do I need to be able to see this screen to synch it back up? I was hoping this would be easy. I had all the tunes on an old computer and now got a new mp3 player and would love to just transfer all the tunes to the new player.

Go to dell.com and click on Drivers & Downloads, when entering your service tag number make sure to enter numbers only, ( mine has a B in the tag number I enterde it as an 8 and it worked)
When you enter your service tag number you will be able to downlaod the driver upgrade for your DJ make sire you dounload the SYSTEM FIRMWARE VERSION 2.20.07.A02.
Click on this link and it will take you directly there, keep in mind I am using my own tag number here

Running windows 7 home on one PC and windows 10 on another. I don't have the installation disc anymore, and the drivers I downloaded from Dell don't seem to work.

The Pocket DJ is not compatible with Windows 7 or Windows 10. If you plugged it into your computer and it did not recognize the device or show up in "My Computer' then it will not work. You would need a windows 7 and Windows 10 drivers.None are available..

Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver/application you installed is for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer/application first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run. Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D rate and vote for me:))

How do I download music from my comp to my dell dj pocket?

If you haven't tried yet, just plug it in.
Vista is loaded with drivers and it should be able to find one for your DJ.

try resetting it .at the botom close to the dell logo there is a pin hole.Depress to reset.If the problem persist attach it to your computer back up your music.download the latest firmware and install it

Need disk drive to put music on it

you should be able to connect it to your computer and then transfer songs onto it. You might want to check www.dell.com and see if they have specific drivers for it.
