I have a cookworks microwave model AM821AHT-X2, only 6 months old and just suddenly stopped working properly,not heating up,timer and lights are working but no heat at all.
Since
it's less than one year old, it should be fully covered under warranty.
I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to get it fixed free.
If
for some reason you don't have your owner's manual, I would suggest
calling the dealer where you bought it to see if they have a number for Cookworks.

You will need the full model number of your Cookworks microwace oven. Then send it first with google.... if no success then go to the Cookworks Search service team. They made a good job with two of my Cookworks manuals. Not free, but worthy.

cookworka microwave not heating up less than 2years old.
Brand new Emerson Microwave Oven and Grill (MWG9111SL). Doesn't heat up. Called their service number, only get a recording and it's during working hours. Don't Recommend! Junk!
