My titanium machine won't heat the coffee it is brewing. It started by showing 'warming up' on the screen and could sit like this for up to 2hours before I could persuade it to brew. It not sits at the ready function and produces cold coffee without creme. It is just back a few weeks from maintenance firm with a bill of 380.00 pounds. Don't want to go there again. Help

Give the brew unit a good wash, then lube all the moving parts with food grade grease. If you are able dismantle the brew unit and wash in warm soapy water, this removes coffee and any old lubricant.
Mine had the same problem. Take out the dreg drawer and brew unit. Then you will see a plastic cover roughly in the middle of the machine (behind where the brew unit was) that is held in place by two philips screws. Unscrew the screws and take out that small cover. It is probably filled with coffee grounds that prevent water from dripping out through a dripping hole. Clean out the grounds and you should be all set.
