It doesn't look like Windows 8 and higher is supported yet officially. You could google the required driver for windows 8 but I would probably avoid any but official Xerox drivers simply as a safeguard against Malware.

Have you entered diagnostics and reset locations 744-350, 744-351, and 744-352 to 0 ?

This is a "black toner dispense control error". It probably needs a trained technician to fix this one.
The auger within the dispenser may be binding or broken, in which case you would replace the dispenser 094K04542. Or perhaps the motor 127K39530 should be replaced.
If the problem is electrical we'd also suspect the MCU board 960K01727

either you are out of black toner, or the toner dispenser needs serviced. It is not seeing the proper amount of black ink.
