Kenmore top loading washing machine (Model # 110-28912791), goes out of balance during the spin cycle - even when run on empty. It appears to be in proper balance at all other times. The legs are level. While in the spin cycle, the tub seems to be off balance, shifting towards the back side of the washing machine (when viewed straight on), thus causing it to be off balance. Help...please...

it appears that the load is out of balance but it is not.
when in spin cycle tub spins out of balance hits interior side of machine
Machine moves during spin cycle
no matter load size when machine goes to spin the tub bangs around like it would if out of balance
During high speed spin, even when empty, the washer shakes violently. I checked the 4 suspension absorbers and they seem fine(. All 4 have some free slack between tension on both ends?) the 2 springs on top are fine too. With back panel off the rear bearing seems fine( no grinding at all) and balanced. Looking from front and spinning (empty) it seems out of balance. Finding chew up plastic in washer n further investigation shows a small groove worn in plastic at front of washer. To me it seems as if inner tub isn't balanced in outer tub?

You might want to make sure that you are not overloading it when it comes to putting your clothes in. When it came to our's doing the same thing, we noticed that this was a huge help. But if nothing else seems to work then you might want to consider hiring a professional to come look at it.http://www.americanapplianceinc.com/part...
