Where can i get a manual for a Sylvania 4 GB touch MP3 player I need instructions on how to use this.

I need help with my Sylvania SMPS4018 4GB MP3 Player.

How do I change the language on the sylvania 4gb

Go to the MENU and then go to the SETTINGS and then select the LANGUAGE and then change the language which is suitable for you. Thanks :)

you should take it in to a repair shop to get your touch screen cheked and if it comes down to it take it back

do you have more information about your player? Different chipsets play different types of videos, so it really depends what chipset your player has. You can also tell by the FIRMWARE version of your player as well.

Touch screen will not properly calibrate

Under settings, go to "system" and go to "touch calibration" and see if you can fix it there.

Trouble loading movie onto play and play back

download AVS Video Converter 6and convert the movie into a VP6 Flash Video (.flv) and it should work.

well if u got the touch screen sylvania mp3 player (4gb) it tells u in the instruction manual to turn on the mp3 player go to settings and then system and then go to touch calibration ur suppose to do that thing with the crosses 3 times... like it shows u three arrows that u have to touch with the touch screen pen... your suppose to do that before using the mp3 player at all.... but whut im having troubles with is how to put games on to it......?????.......

I have almost helpful info. For Video's i doesn't take the following...Mpeg Mpg Mov or Avi. I still need more info tho about How to firmwire upgrade my Mp.

If your sylvania does not have a FM icon on your main menu, then you wont be able to get FM, (The FM is an internal chip that for some weird reason, is included in some, not all MP4s of the same model). In other words, it is related to hardware more than sofware.
