just restore it with blackberry desktop manager

download a BB desktop manager ,install it and then connect your phone to the pc via the cable ,let the pc install the drivers o the phone be patient , your desktop manager will recognize your phone , there is one option name update device ,click on that and follow the instructions ur phone will be updated online and your prob will be solved , if u still need assistance mail me at [email protected]

you can try to go to blackberry online software update. That shuold fix your issue.
