Phone does´nt caller ID in Brazil

You'll have to buy a new phone to "solve" the problem. The trouble is that the phone you bought in the US is designed to work with the caller ID system here. The Brazilian system isn't designed the same way, and the phone never gets the data it needs. There isn't any way to change the phone's electronics to make it work in Brazil. All you can do is replace the phone with one designed to work where you are.

depending on who is your service provider, caller ID is a premium service ( you have to activate and pay for it).

The caller ID standard in India is different than the US standard. Contact Panasonic to see if your phone can be made compatible.

Well if the phone has been bought abroad and being used in India you will face this problem. this is because of the format of transmitting the caller id info being different. In USA it is STF and in India it is DTMF. You need a convertor in the phone line which is DTMF to STF. IF you find onw in Delhi pl let me also know.

Unhook the phone and take the batteries out for about 3 hours...that will clear the memory.

I must have gotten your unit. Mine did work ONCE after it had been installed for about a week. But it never worked again and we pitched it. Buy something else.
