I cannot change my htc hd mini from dutch to english, when i go to setting of language it does not pick up an i dont why. please help me

yes you can......the question is do you understand dutch?? :D take it to were you got it from and tell em the language is in dutch..they'll probably find somebody

Reset the phone, then aftr reboot it will ask for the language selection menu, select frenh! thats all... Enjoy!

It would be in the settings menu somewhere, obviously without someone who speaks Arabic it is almost impossible for how to get there. I would consult your instruction manual for how to change language and just follow the template, if you follow the steps in the manual although the language is different the steps should be the same. Or go to your closest service provider.
