It seems that the "Lang" button on the remote may be pressed by mistake. Try setting the language to English and see if all the channels now broadcast sound.
Are you sure this channel broad cast has sound. Please conform with some other TV. If your TV is having sound in all the other channels there is no reason for no sound in one particular channel.
I think you need to look at the sound settings. In particular the type of sound. HD channels often carry AAC sound, suitable for Dolby 5.1 and Standard Channels don't. So the sound system will switch modes when you change channels. However the receiver is not switching back to picking up PCM signals, the type used on SD channels.
To get back sound channels ect just select the channel in question press menu, select installation, select manual scan, click ok on down frequency. It'll now scan for channels when its finished exit back to normal tv viewing screen go to the end of your channel listing and the desired channel will be there with sound. This can be done on any channel with no sound by just selecting that channel following the instructions above. Hope this helps

Be sure the sound source has a center channel output ie. not a 2 channel source only, try the test tone setup for 5 or 6 channel balance, if no sound from the center channel still then it is looking like maybe the center channel is blown.
