Hello E10 = Problems during water filling phase ? washing (Machine tries to fill for 10 min without reaching the level) Checks to do: Is there one of the tree valves that is not working? NO, Verify that tap and hoses are letting the water coming in. (tap open, hoses connected and not kinked) Is the wiring OK? (Measure the 3,8 K Ω of the valve from the cable Main board side: - between J6-1 and J6-5 wash valve; - between J6-2 and J6-4 prewash valve; -between J6-3 and J6-7 hot or bleach valve. if NO Replace the cable. Change the main Board Regards David Marsh

Washer stops shortly after startup with error code E10. We have to keep restarting it about 5 times before it will engage. Help.

Hello Christina Steppi - Typically error code E10 indicates that the unit takes too long to fill with water. Is the incoming water flow normal? If it is not, the unit could possibly have a faulty pressure switch, inlet valve assembly or main control board. I would strongly recommend consulting a professional to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause. You can often locate a qualified tech through the manufacturer website.

My washing machine comes up with error code 4e i have changed the solenoid valve and cleared any possible blockage water is flowing in to the machine but still getting the same error code if i chose the...

Your machine has a fault with the water level contoller switch - pressure switch that activates when water reaches the level set . So check the water level controller and test. If not the fault can be with the program controller unit.
Please check this link for parts identification.

Water won't drain

Do the diagnostic test:
SHU 53 MODELS

To start test program, press and hold both SCRUB WASH and DELICATE/ECONO program buttons, then turn unit on by pressing ON/OFF button. Initially, control module version # will be displayed (e.g./ ?21? = version 1 with jumper). When wash program buttons are released, lights above them will flash. To end test program, press ON/OFF button.
To check each program indicator light, press its button. To check Cycle Countdown display, Refill Rinse Agent light and REGULAR WASH light, press REGULAR WASH button (press Delay Start button to test Cycle Countdown display alone). Cycle Countdown display will show “88′ when REGULAR WASH button is pressed and “8h” when Delay Start button is pressed.
To start testing, press both the SCRUB WASH and DELICATE/ECONO buttons a second time. When testing has ended, Cycle Countdown display will show a fault using codes below. If more than one fault occurs, code numbers will be added together, (e.g./ ?6? = faults 2 + 4).
0 = No faults detected 2 = Heating fault 8 = NTC (temperature sensor) fault
1 = Aqua Sensor (“Sensotronic”) fault 4 = Filling fault F = Filling fault (display occurs during wash, not test)
To check for heater, high limit or flow switch problems, start testing until heating starts. Using a meter with a current coil, measure current going into dishwasher. If current is ~ 11 A, then heater, high limit and flow switch are OK. If current stays at ~ 1.5-2 A, then heater, high limit or flow switch are faulty.
If water level switch (f1) has failed (opened), display will show fault code “4′ and unit will continually fill and drain where testing won’t be completed. If flow switch (e5) has failed (opened), display will show “0′, water won’t heat (to 150?F) and water won?t stop circulating. If NTC probe (f2/f4) has failed (opened), display will show fault code “8′ immediately and testing will end shortly after water has started circulating.
---------
The dishwasher not draining is most probably faulty drain pump or drain hose is got bit loose. It has to be checked and confirmed

E10 PROPLEM AEG

Hi,
Your Machine manual is HERE

E10 is an inlet fault.
Check the water valve is turned on. If you are only getting a dribble of water in, then clean the inline filter at the hose inlet.
If no sound of inlet water - replace inlet valve (available as a spare from online stores)

E10 code on a zanussi jet system washer

Is it a washer-dryer? E10 relates to a fault with the inlet valve.....usually the valve itself going open circuit.

EFO, E10 error Message

Frigidaire, Zanussi, AEG, & More....

EFO = Filter Blocked (low flow) and it is accessible from the bottom front of the machine.

1. there is a blockage in the filter or drain hose.takes too long to drain out.
2. over dosing of powder or liquid. again can cause an air lock in the pump which slows the drain pump down.

Check the filter and drain hose and test again. this fault will only come up at the end of a cycle.
You do not need to reset the machine to get rid of the fault code as this is automatically deleted.

Run an empty load with no detergent in an attempt to get rid of the code.

Mid wash I am gettign E10 messages

The manual suggests the following for E10 error --- 'The Water tap is not turned on.'
It is a valve fault. It is not taking the water in possibly. It is the green side of the triple valve. Try manual clearing the valve.Else The water inlet valve might need a replacement.
Good luck with the machine. Please do rate my solution. Also do post comments for further help if needed.
