Most likely you need to replace the water valve first try running at least a gallon water through it to flush it out if that doesn't work new valve is needed
You will need to replace the water valve. It is located in the back rear of refrigerator. If it is leaking by then you will see drip. Before you replace valve make sure the water pressure of water supply is proper. The valves will not seal properly without proper pressure.
Forget the warranty - it is only for the compressor and that is usually five years. Did you check for freezer temp - wet cubes indicates too warm up there. Water dispenser lines may be clogged.
If low temps you may have low refrigerant or a defrost mechanism not working - if not working there should be ice buildup on line entering the evaporator in back of compartment.
Good day, A slow continues drip, but still dispenses O.K. is caused by the dual water valve on the bottom rear of the machine not closing completely. Only fix is replacing the water valve assembly.

Your water inlet valve on the back where the
water supply comes in is probably leaking. disconnect the water line coming out
of it and see if you have a slow drip. Try the dispenser to see if it's just
drips after use. You
have two points where you can check the dispenser water. At the rear where the
water supply comes in is the water inlet valve. If you disconnect the dispenser
water line and then see if the water comes out when you try the dispenser. You
should hear the valve work when you try the dispenser. If you don’t hear it
there is a dispenser actuator switch problem. If you do hear it but water
doesn’t work here there is a valve or water supply problem. If it's normal, disconnect it at the bottom of
the freezer door and try again. If it's normal here it may be frozen in the
door. If this is the case open the door till it thaws. A blanket over the
opening will prevent thawing of all the food.

afraid that sounds exactly like the problem.brand new fridge call who you bought it from they should fix it for free good luck hope this solves your problem
The problem may be in the electric valve in back of the refrigerator that supplies the water to the door dispenser. A small particle maybe lodged on the seat of the valve causing the slow closing and dripping. Replacing the water valve assembly may solve your problem. I would also recommend installing an in line water filter before the entrance to the valve.
