1. Touch Menu.
2. Touch [Counter].
3. Touch [Display Keypad].
4. Press the following keys in this order.; Stop -> 0 -> 0 -> Stop -> 0 -> 1
5. Enter the CE password and touch [END].
password is 9272927292729272 as default can be changed if it does not work get a tech out.

Hello there if u enter the service mode and it shows and password it means that the user or the service before has activated the CE password that means that you can enter if you do not know the password. Either way you have to try to enter the default CE password that is 92729272 or 00000000 or 123456789 the first one if not change should open acess to the service mode if not you have to call the konica minolta for NVRAM reset procedure there is no other alternative.

check the cable between the print controller/firey and the copier, also is the print controller/firey set up for a c6000

enter service mode, stop 0 0 stop 0 1, than you pres stop 0 c and there you have change admin password or the change CE pasword.

Enter in the service mode and select counter mode and reset a counter to selected parts.
