No sound out of subx1 when onyx plus is docked

they aren't compatible. I had same problem. called siriusxm they said its not compatible even though its the same "universal" connector. they said the subx1 was pre merger. I say it shouldn't matter because they have same universal connection.

Boombox powers on and even plays an MP3 through the input jack on the front. Do not get power to the Sirius Radio when placed in the cradle.

Having same issue. So apparently the onyx may not work with the subx1. I enjoy my boombox and maybe a solution will come soon.

Yellow and red lights

Your Ps3 has overheated, this is because of dust clogging up in the fan of your ps3. You will need to get a new ps3 as there is no way to fix this problem. Thanks

No sound from SUBX1 boombox

Be sure all is charged and connected to power correctly. Next the only other thing you can really do is to clean the connections on the device and the dock useing denatured(rubbing)alcohol and q-tips. This should help. Good Luck
P.S. Make sure all the settings are correct both on the dock and the xm - radio. Sometimes there are settings that can be off. Good Luck

Same problem. Fresh batteries, fresh batteries and plugged in and just plugged in.

The Sirius link no longer works because the SUBX1 is now discontinued, and why on earth would anyone possibly need the manual anymore?
