I have one problem with my zune it has no sounds everything i do nothing happens please i need help

The unit sounds to me like you need to update the softwear, this should be done every now and then..
You need to go to the following webpage and download your new softwear for your zune.
This will explain all that is neccessary for your zune to operate properly.

More than likely your headset needs to be replaced or it could be a internal problem with the zune. if under warranty replace it if not the cost money.

yes it sounds to me like your zune has a virus mine did like 2 months ago so i had to exchange it

To reset the zune you must press and hold the back button and the top part of the zune pad. Other parts of the zune pad will not work.
When plugging the zune into your PC does the PC detect it (device manager -> portable devices). You should hear the ding sound of hardware connecting.
If it is connecting to the PC and is not detected by the software than it is likely a permissions problem. Right click the software icon and choose run as administrator.
If it is not detected by the PC than check your usb cable and make sure your zune is charged and not frozen.

Hi, try taking out the batteries and leave out for 1 minute, this may reset it. If this doesn't work well I am afraid your Zune has just had a Software Crash. Which will have to be serviced.
