This seems like at cables have gone bad or either the connections in the speakers went bad. Its best to replace them unless you know how to disassemble and re-soder the connections.

To make these your default speakers, you will need to do the following 1. Find the volume control icon on the bottom right portion of your screen 2. Right click the icon 3. Select change default 4. Cycle through the options until you see the logitech speakers as an option 5. Select this new option 6. If you still do not see the logitech speakers then you need to reinstall them with the provided software. If you do not have software, download it for free from logitech.com

if front left is working it is possible u have a dry solder on ur right channel line. try resoldering or if u want to know exactly where dry solder is, shake gently every right channel components and connections. if resoldering does not work it is possible u have a faulty ouput amp for ur right channel. if ur not sure about this i suggest u get it checked by a qualified tech.

Speakers had been working fine for about a month. But recently they have started crackling when I increase the volume above about 1/3 and cut out every couple of seconds if i increase the volume to 1/2.

uninstall and reinstall the sound driver and see if it works if that does not work try the same speakers to different sys. and check if it works the port of the sound card might have gone bad and if the same problem with other sys. speakers had gone bad.

Crackling / Popping sound in my PC's audio output

Your soundcard is going bad. The easiest way to fix is to replace with a new soundcard. Depending on what features you want the price could be anywhere from $35 to about $140. Hope this helps.

Continuous crackling from TV speakers

I'm sure you have figured this one out. TV itself is causing the problems.
The circuit board that produces the audio signal seems to be the problem.
Before you call the repairman, go to the web site Shopjimmy.com just to get an idea of what the parts will cost. That way he doesn't rip you off.

I hope I answered your question correctly. Please rate me. :)

All I need is the control pod for the Gigaworks S750

I had an extra one but I sold it. According to creative labs they do not sell any replacement parts for the speaker systems. The best suggestion that I can give is to check craigslist and ebay for the control pods.

Speakers have crackling sound

usually, crackling is due to 3 things:

1) the soundcard (or sound device you have them plugged into)
The best way to test this is to plug in another set of speakers or a headset directly to the sound
device, and listen. if you don;t hear the crackling, than consider that idea scrapped.

2.) speaker wiring/cables. Check the wiring for cracks/frayed spots. Do you get any crackling during/after you move the wires? if there is ANY change, for the better or the worse, than you have your culprit.

3.) the speakers themselves. when the first two options above are exhausted, there's only the insides of the speakers themselves to blame. you might not have seen any cone deterioration- but other things could happen, such as deteriorating wiring, etc.

for new speakers, they are relatively cheap- Here in Canada at least, I can get a new 2.1 set for anywhere from $25-60. Although, I'd strongly recommend any of the Logitech brand speakers- most models have subwoofers with unbelievable bass (for the price) through them. I myself have the more expensive Z-5500 series from them (5.1), and I've been more than impressed.

Gigaworks S750 Sub - Pops and Cuts Out

There is obviously a problem on the amp board with 3 STA575 amplifiers. It may be that one of the diodes is shorted or one of the capacitors has dried up or shorted. For more information I have posted a link to a forum thread that contains all of the information you would need to fix the Gigaworks S750 system. If the information has not already been posted there then you can ask on there and the people there will point you in the right direction.
