Canon SD630 any sd card i put in it over 2gp says memory error
The SD630 works with MMC and SD cards, which max out at 2GB. Larger cards are actually SDHC cards and will not work in the SD630.

No. The SD630 uses MMC and SD cards, not SDHC cards.

Hi

Sounds like it would need the fuse replaced, about $35 if we can do it.. some of them are very hard to get at or solder. If that doesnt work it would need a new mainboard, $85 if I can get one used.

I looked at the manual and found that the codes are not listed in the book. The only suggestion they have it to take the battery out and put it back it. Turn the power on and see what happens.

Sometimes plugging it into an electrical outlet if you have one for your camera can reset it as well.

If the error doesn't go away, you should contact Canon and see what the error code means.

This procedure is typical of all their cameras when an error code is displayed.

If it prints at all it will be part of the image. But will it? Not all camera have this function and only your camera manual will tell you if your does[there is a more comprehensive manual on the supplied CD]
