Does this happen even when there is no memory card in your phone? If Yes, then it might be due to some Virus or damaged files and you will need to format your memory card and the phone. To format the phone, press *#7370# on your phone's idle screen, it shall ask you weather you want to restore it to factory settings? Select Yes and enter your phone's security code (default is 12345 unless you have changed it) The phone shall restart and now type *#7780# and follow the same process again.
