if your facebook account has been locked, it could mean someone has reported you whether it be intentional or accidental to facebook for inappropriate content or post. to unlock it, login to your account as usual and you will be presented the option to go through the unlocking process where you will need to identify friends based on pictures that will be shown to you. just answer and identify the people correctly until your account is successfully unlocked. hope this helps

What menu? What does the pop up say? Just " lock menu"?

Make sure you have the correct passwords for the various 'lock':

• Phone/Handset Lock

• Sim Lock

In either case, a handset reset will not unlock your phone!

If it is a Phone/Handset Lock, then Acer / manufacturer Help Desk maybe able to assist you. A third party mobile phone unlocker may also be able to 'master' reset your handset (use Google to search).

If it is a SIm Lock, a PUK code may be required (you will be prompted for this) and any excess attempt will permanently disable your Sim card: you can request your PUK code from your mobile service provider help desk.

You should contact your AT&T service help desk for further assistance on this matter

Hi sheena -Is your desk top hooked up throgh the router? If not, plug your modem into the wan port on the router. The router should have come with a couple of short cables, most likely blue and yellow. Use the blue to connect your modem to your router. You can check the manual just to be sure. Use the ethernet cable that had been connecting your desk top to your modem, and plug into one of the wired ports on the router. I imagine you'll be using wireless for your laptop. Make sure that it is on. Put the cd in your desk top and run from there. Follow the directions. If you need more help just add a comment and I'll be glad to assist you further. yes all you need to do is remove the internal battery for 24 hours this will clear the memory and you should beable to use the pc and no you won,t lose any programs
