Red and blue con - Samsung HCL5515W 55" Rear Projection Television

It is a defective LED panel, or a defective T-CON board, although you get a "NEW T-CON", it may be a defective one.

The t-con board controls the picture. To test it shine a flash light on the screen abd see if you can see an image when the TV is on. If you do then the T-con board is OK. Look at the back light ballast board (sometimes is part of the power supply board) If you see no movement or a dim picture with the flash light, then the T-con board is gone. Probably the t con board is faulty. if its 32 inch tv then you would be luck if you find a septate t con board rather than one which is integrated to lcd panel. . if its 40 inch or above you will surly find a separate t con board .

ok first the blue hose onto the suction line(the thicker of the two pipes)of the ac unit,the yellow onto the vacuum pump.the red hose not necessary.After vacuum is completed remove yellow hose from pump and put it on gas bottle now you ready to charge the unit

move the red one under the clip pack/blue one through right of processes/white through left......

More than likely the T-con board has failed.If it's available seperately it's worth repair.If not you will have to replace the entire panel w/t-con board.Very expensive for the panel.
