I read the manual booklet and i followed the instrutions and it said that the vids were downloaded on my laptop and when i went to watch them on my mp3, it said i didn't have any vids on it. do the vids have to be a kind of type for it to read????? the music and pics were on there when i downloaded them onto it. and the text wount read the documents i put on it too. ??????????
Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. There may be an error on your mp3 player. Leave the battery out of your mp3 player for a few days. Then, your music should transfer to the mp3 player.

Try music management software that still downloads from libraries like
RealPlayer, Winamp. If you can load your device to it, can manage it through that.

To do this you will need the software that came along with the player.
Like for Ipod you get itunes.
Install that software & plug the player when you are prompted.
Then it will detect the player.
And then select the tracks which you want to transfer to your player.
It will be done.
Mp3 rocket is a software to download the music.
I've never used mp3 rocket to transfer before but if you have all your songs in a folder you can go to itunes and click on File and add folder to library.
Then you look for the folder with all your mp3 files and click on it and select OK.
