Mobile is not recieving external calls
O ensure that your phone is not being misused by anyone you can bar all incoming and outgoing calls. This feature is a network dependent, your operator may not allow you to do this & you can concern your operator about this feature.
To activate call barring, you may have to a password which provided by operator, you first need to deactivate call forwarding.
Here's how you can bar calls: To bar all incoming calls
To start, enter *35* password #
To stop, enter #35* password #
To bar all outgoing calls
To start, enter *33* password #
To stop, enter #33* password #
>Your default password MAY be 0000 or 00000 or 1234 or 12345 or maybe something similar, especially if you have not set a password.<

In my micromax Q7 mobile all incoming calls are replied with this number is busy. Neither I locked nor barred the calls, knowingly or unknowingly. Please get a solution.

Correct, the closest thing on the Razr is the call barring and it only allows you to block calls by limiting them to ppl in your phonebook. The more advanced stuff you want to do would require switching to a PDA like the G1
