The right transmission on my Toro timecutter Z (16hp 42 in deck) overheats after about 30 minutes and will not engage until after it is allowed to cool for about an hour. Do I need to add oil? what weight oil? is a seal or o ring blown/worn. Thanks for the help, Mike

Check with your Toro dealer about what oil to use. If you don't have a dealer close by then go to the local dealer that repairs profesional outdoor power equiptment. You need to check the oil level right now. Normaly you would use gear oil sold at walmart but I do not know the type you need I would use 10w90.
