Answering your question becomes difficult because you have had technicians come and investigate and make appointments
Your complaints as to business attitude to customers are completely justified and should be reported to the correct management so that something can be rectified in their company

Sears is just a retailer and could not care less after a sale is made so the people you should be addressing your complaint to is the manufacturer of the equipment in the first instance as well as the service agent management for the technician that came out
If that turns out to be sears , then a strong letter to sears management may get a reply and a letter to the manufacturer about sears after sale service may also get a response

They never come on time. What you should do is call up there speak to the manager and get real mean with them. You have to push them hard to get them to do anything right.

Now I got an email that my feedback being view by 15 experts but no solution made. I have to add more details??? or my question will be closed. GREAT!!! Why don't they just ask me to verify info. what additioonal info. do they need, I don't even know what they want. I'll keep posting comments till someone calls or emails me, is that what it supposed to be to get attention.This is not the right way to get solution to a problem.I'm out...
