I was given an appointment between 8-12 to have my dishwasher fixed, this is the third appt. First appt. for diagnosis, 2nd appt. to have it fixed, yet to find out the diagnosis was wrong, and 3rd appt. they did not show up or call, till after the time has lapsed. One would think if the techician called in sick, he would call in early in the morning to notify his boss, customers should be notified and his appts. of the day should be rescheduled. But NO, I waited an waited to find out it's cancelled. And it took almost 3 more weeks for another appt. So far, it takes 4 appts. over 2 1/2 months to have a dishwaher fixe.? I took time off work, my vacation time, to wait around for nothing. Would they reumburse for my time??? I called Sears, and they give me this website to give them feedback, I don't think they even read the complaints. UNBIEVABLE!!!!

    Now I got an email that my feedback being view by 15 experts but no solution made. I have to add more details??? or my question will be closed. GREAT!!! Why don't they just ask me to verify info. what additioonal info. do they need, I don't even know what they want. I'll keep posting comments till someone calls or emails me, is that what it supposed to be to get attention.This is not the right way to get solution to a problem.I'm out...

Answering your question becomes difficult because you have had technicians come and investigate and make appointments
Your complaints as to business attitude to customers are completely justified and should be reported to the correct management so that something can be rectified in their company
Unfortunately fixya site cannot help you there
Sears is just a retailer and could not care less after a sale is made so the people you should be addressing your complaint to is the manufacturer of the equipment in the first instance as well as the service agent management for the technician that came out

If that turns out to be sears , then a strong letter to sears management may get a reply and a letter to the manufacturer about sears after sale service may also get a response

They never come on time. What you should do is call up there speak to the manager and get real mean with them. You have to push them hard to get them to do anything right.

98 Trooper (4L30E automatic)won't shift into 3rd.

Samsung Impression :Daylight savings time moved all the appts

This is the second Samsung phone I have had that did this. The A707-Sync had the same problem. I called Samsung tech support and they told me to disable the auto-update feature for daylight savings. Not a great solution, but the only one I got.

Appt. made on Palm syncs as an "Invited Attendee" event.

on the free time issue, here's a workaround that I tried and seems to work: go to the PalmOne Knowledge Library and search for Solution ID 4971. Appointments made on the Palm show up as busy in Outlook.
