My lenovo t410 has inverted screen - starting from when I boot system. After a few minutes the screen gets grayed out and then gets brighter. Cannot see any letters on screen

Right click (hit right mouse button) on task bar and click to lock task bar and uncheck hide task bar. If you cannot right click on time before it disappears move pointer to the bottom of screen and it should reappear. Than follow above steps. If all else fails restart computer clicking on the F8 key repeatedly until start menu comes up , choose safe mode and when the computer starts up your task bar should remain in place, follow above steps to unhindered it permanently and reboot the computer it will start back up in normal mode and your task bar should be "fixed"
If the computer have a restoring partition, just click on boot-up screen the corresponding button for restoring. Remember any files thats not backup/saved is lost for ever after this.
If the computer doesnt have a restoring partition, buy a Windows cd/dvd from computer store.
The screen replacement is defective or the part number is wrong, check the part number on the back of the original screen and compare it against the the one you replaced, it should match.
