Nothing will print because it says the printer is paused, how do I unpause it so that it will print? No lights are flashing, the light is green and it says paused even after turning off and unplugging the printer.

most likely it is a printer driver issue. There's 2 drivers, one for 200dpi and one for 300dpi. Use the one for 200dpi. It could also be the label setting is incorrect. Try running a calibration.

I Use driver from Nice Labels

First, make sure the printhead lever is pointed straight down. If it is then the sensor or the sensor interrupt is mispositioned. Remove the side cover and observe the opposite end of the rod the printhead lever is attached to. When the printhead is closed and locked the interuptor should be in the center of the U shaped sensor. This tells the printer that the printhead is closed and when you press pause the printer should advance several pages/labels.

If the error light is on it means there is a problem, this should be flashed up on the LCD e.g head open or paper out etc. Try disconnecting the printer data cable and reboot, see if the data light is still on. If it is then you might have an issue with the Main Logic Board

You have a bad logic bd and it needs to be replaced our repaired.
