well you just go out the front gate then keep going forward into you see the open door then go inside the door then press the animal you want to buy medicine for then press the red cross that is under th rabbit picture then were it says bought you just press the pluse or the minus to pick how much you want to buy then press buy and go back in the house press the A button to the brown cabinate in the house then click the animal you bought the medicine for and give it to the animal!!!!!!!!:)
